PRE ENROLLMENT:

You will be given 30 minutes of free call time. During this 30-minute free call, we, the team members of Nutritionist Ritika, will understand your health issues and figure out which program will be best for you. Once it is done, our team member will counsel you regarding that particular program, dietary approach, and how it will help and support you to get rid of your health issues.

AFTER ENROLLMENT:

If you love enrolling in any of the programs offered by us, We will provide you with the following:

FIRST MEETING

One of the team members will be communicating with you for rapport-building. For an in-depth understanding of your case, go through your lab report. If needed, we may recommend you perform some lab tests to better understand your case. We will record your anthropometric measurements, dietary habits, meal timings, meal preferences, current lifestyle, and many other factors.

DIET PLAN

Meal planning with various options will be provided for the week. Every 15 days, the meal plan will be changed. Every month, our team will follow different strategies of diet plans to improve your health.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES GUIDANCE

We will provide you with physical activity guidance by sending you a YouTube link. Physical activity will help you be more energetic and boost your metabolism.

SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION

To support and motivate you, we will organise a virtual meeting for you once a week. The main motto of this virtual meeting is to understand your progress regarding health, your experiences/how you are feeling after enrolling in a diet plan, any changes required in the diet plan and meal timings etc.
