Hi, Namaste 🙏 I’m sharing my personal weight loss and health transformation journey with all of you.
Since my school days, I was always on the healthier side. As I moved into my undergraduate years, my weight increased further, and I began facing several clinical health conditions at a young age, including diabetes, hypothyroidism, and high cholesterol levels. It was physically and emotionally challenging to deal with these issues so early in life.
That was the turning point for me.
I realized I needed to take responsibility for my health and make a change — not just for appearance, but for my overall well-being. I began my journey at 67 kgs. With consistent healthy eating habits, mindful nutrition, and simple workouts, I slowly started noticing positive changes in my body and energy levels. Those small improvements kept me motivated.
















Gradually, I transformed myself from 67 kgs to 45 kgs. More importantly, I was able to manage and control my health conditions, restore my metabolic balance, and regain my confidence and vitality.
This journey was not just about weight loss — it was about self-love, discipline, healing, and creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
